Our goal is to ensure that you have a pleasant experience with us and continue to use our services for all of your future events. Our specialties include favors, accessories and we are most famous for our Brownie Pops and Custom Invitations. All of our custom products are made to order. We strive for customer service so please contact us with any requests or questions you may have. Since we are a privately owned store, we are very flexible with options.
The Dudle Bug is currently only serving customers in the continental United States. Unfortunately, at this time we are not shipping internationally, to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii. The Dudle Bug is located in central California. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Our shipping rates are based on the rates of USPS and UPS. We do not set the shipping costs. The actual shipping price is the true total charged by UPS and USPS. The Dudle Bug is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the USPS or UPS.
We have five warehouses throughout the United States: Syosset-NY, Long Island-NY, Deluth-GA, Los Banos-CA and Tempe-AZ. Different items are at different locations. When an order is placed you may receive multiple packages if these items are coming from different warehouses. If this does happen with your order, you will receive tracking information for all packages, and you will only be charged the one S/H charge at the time of checkout. We will cover the rest! Our warehouses expedite most orders within 2-3 business days. During peak seasons it may be up to 5 business days. This is why we always suggest that you give yourself ample time for delivery.

BROWNIE POP ORDERS:
Brownie Pops are usually shipped within 5 working days of order. Bulk orders may take longer but we will contact you if we cannot meet the 5 day deadline. Very rarely does this happen. All Brownie Pop orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS 3 day express. This ensures the package to be delivered within 2-3 business days. If the brownies are exposed to high heat or temperatures they will become soft. If they do become soft they just need to become exposed to cool air to re-harden them. This does not compromise the chocolate or the quality. When you order the brownie pops please specify what date you would like to receive them by. Peak season orders are reccomended to be placed in advance.
Personalized favors do take up to 5 business days before processed for shipping.
All orders for personalized glassware will take 2-4 weeks.
We will gladly accept returns for all items EXCLUDING personalized items, invitations and brownie pops within 30 days. You must call or email before shipping a return. When the return is received your sale total, minus S/H charges will be returned to you. Please let us know if there is anything we can do before returning any items. Customer service and quality are our main goals and we will do what it takes to ensure your satisfaction. Do not ship items for returns until you receive confirmation.
PRE-ORDERS & ADVANCE ORDERS
We always reccomend that you place invitation orders and brownie pop orders ahead of time. For example, if you need the items in August, order them in June or earlier. During peak seasons sometimes the orders come in so rapidly that we can sell out of items. If we do sell out our site will let you know but if it is something that you were wanting and waiting to order, it may be too late.
